Either way a back up host is needed at one point and I don't see ANYONE applying other then me... Lol..

We don't need a host when it starts lagging. We would most likely need one for when Sin's server goes down

Plugging directly into the modem would help A LOT. But I think 5.5mbps - 5.9mbps without it being connected to the router is pretty good. But if I needed to I could just get one of those blue ethernet cables and connect into the router or the modem itself.

Sin. I was far from my router when I did that test. I did the test near my router where I normally am. And it is about 5500 - 5900 kbps. So, 5.5 - 5.9mbps. Either way, I have hosted games before and they never lag. :P

with your 3mbs speed form what you told me you would lag about 3 times more then i do and my top speed is 10mbs.

so no go.

Well, here I am. Applying for Back-Up host for when the game starts lagging like a bitch. I can host as often as possible and most likely lag free but I don't know since I haven't hosted in a long time. I am quite aware of how to host, and I do not ask for anything in return for hosting. Just that I can have access to save files from time to time so people don't bitch about having to get stats back or anything.
I do not know of any requirements that I may need other then knowing how to host so please get back to me on this. And the having access to save files for the game from time to time is not a must have, but just something that if you can, I would like it.
