This is a game not a anime ( know what your talking about and asking) plus you cant get into the spawns anyways so yeah. The thing is that all games that i have played pvp and/or pve always have safe areas(unless it a FPS but though are totally different lol)
On another side kage could just do it to kill for yen people are training for in the spawns for a while and still have it on them. which would make everyone pissed and complain 24/7 about spawn killing
I understand that Sin, but you could always code to let us into spawn when War is Declared. Also, I know you could figure out a way to stop a kage from doin stuff like that. Like punishment on of some sort, or a rule for it or somethin! It's lame when an evil orginization declares war on a game and everyone is like "I'm training." xP Evil orginizations should do evil things. xD

eh.. i dont like how they camp in spawn during war.. but i think the problem here is that massive abuse in this suggestion.. maybe if we do this.. then we might need to add in Auto surrender to the losing village
Okay, I'm here to suggest on how spawn killing should change like in a war. Ya know how people always are in spawn training and ****? Well, I don't like that. People don't like to fight much on the game anymore so I would like it to change where spawn killing is legal at CERTAIN POINTS OF TIME. Example, when there is a war. When war is declared, spawn killing should be legal, to prevent camp spawn killing, all you(Sin) would have to do is to code in to teleport someone to their own spawn when they kill another person in spawn during war. Honestly, when Orochimaru or Akatsuki in the show invades a village, they don't be like "Oh, this is Leaf Academy, we can't kill here or we'll be in trouble" hell no. Spawn killing should still be illegal when war is not going on still.
