I dont think there should be one... The topics that go with their villages could just be placed in general chat (which is game related(in game)). It would be a waste of space in the fourms... but thats my opinion

Naruka generally disagrees with anything that promotes progress -shot-
On a serious note, I believe that Kage's should have a sub-board but not their own board all together.

kages deserve a place so that others will know if they want to change rules or leave messages for their villagers
