How about just a guided jutsus? Since it's guided that way but won't neccessarily hit.

right now homings work as if they automatically hit a person. i think instead u should make the homings so that they go twards where the person is when u shoot it and not have it change direction after u shoot it. That way it is tech not a homing but instead just a jutsu where u dont have to face the person to hit him.
