you need to stop with the ****ing double posting it annoying
the idea is good be easy to redo them like if you us eit to much it will blind you... for a short time though. or just bug ghos tot put a delay on everything lol

tsukiyomi noobs most of us hate them it seems they have been dorment for awhile but i have noticed some are comeing back so here is a idea to stop the constate spaming tsukiyomi as in the show itachi got hrt really bad when ever he used any mangekyou tech such as amat and tsukiyomi(only said those 2 cuz we only have those two) to stop the spaming of amat i think amat should do damage to the user as in the show and tsukiyomi after using it 2-6 times (cuz one tsukiyomi cant kill me and as soon as i come out of one i get put back in one) that it will start mess wit the user vision like the move kage seaken for nara it will say the many uses of tsukiyomi has messed wit your vision and you vision will blink in and out
