i know but i mean only mean for clans that dont have any element jutsu they will be abel to train and get element jutsu but for clans that have element jutsu they wont get to train and get a new element cuz they already have it and for jutsu like nara clan jutsu that would not count cuz those jutsu are not from a one element
Zare, this would be a great idea but not to have it for every clan.. Just have it for clans who don't get many jutsu like say Nara, or Inuzuka.. Nara get nothing but stuns which annoys everyone and Inuzuka get like two jutsus of their own: Gatsuuga and Garouga.
i think when you make a charter you should start off with no jutsu and when you become genin you will go to a place that has 5 npcs one for each element depending on what element you want that is the one you will pick to train under and when you become jounin you can get anothor element and everytime you cap you will get a message that will let you get anothor element this will have to be changed a little becuz the uchiha clan is famous for fire type jutsu so maby they wont get to train under 1 untill they jounin to learn there 2nd element same with waterfall nin but if the clan has jutsu like nara who has kage nui they will have those jutsu but wont have any elemental jutsu
