depends on what jutsu and the world mute is for sa's ,ga's should just mute teh root of the problem and be done with it if they continue then boot or even jail and mute who ever else is causing the problem

i have an idea more of a dream to code a new jutus for the sound 5 village and others
i will take jutus the naruto movie and series have show and code them and test them i dont have a complete list yet but i will also like permission from ghost and sin to do this i will release the jutus to them and my fellow admins only to where they canwill know about them
also i would like for Ga to have the mute world verb. i say this because things r starting to get out of hand on the game and muting everyone who breaks out in a arguement is alot of work when we can simply mute the world for a while to tach them a even harder lesson
