That would be Awesome put small villages in the lands as well need a bit of a large map but a pwipe wouldnt be needed either you know lol but maybe a system for jobs would work you know and it would give money liek a roleplaying system of working jobs 24/7 etc liek that hard to explain.

what Seraphi said is right , Fedual Lords rule countrys , and kages only rule Ninja villages suck as Konoha , Sand village Etc. , so why dont we divide the lands into countrys and fedual lords rule these countrys and Kages rule the ninja villages in the countrys

Though Feudal Lords rule a certain Land like the Land Of Fire and they have more power than kages they control military budgets and such forth ^^

Co-Leaders are confusing as hell. Cause we're pretty much giving two people admin.
I'd say the Fuedal Lord suggestion by Seraphi would work well in this situation. Seperates Main from Subordinates.

Of course with what Rhan is saying, it all makes sense. Most of the leaders dont log on anymore except Narutan, Seraphi and Shinobi the Flash

I think they should make a Kage Election , where the villagers could vote between a couple of people who want the rank smile

I rly dont like the situation with kages and leaders atm.....
People say ''Hey,can I be Kage,im strong and done with all quests'' and 2 minutes later he becomes kage -.-''
And its not only that,sometimes there are like 3 Kages for only one village,and noone knows,whether its a Co-Kage or Kage or whatever bleh

I know it sounds freaky,but there should be either REALLY ONLY 2 System admins,who decide Kage,and noone else,or there should be something like a comitee or group,who decide Kages,they test them,or something like that.
Give like 5 responsible people Kage verb,admin or not admin,and let them together decide,who should become kage.
Or let the village decide,dunno... xP

And people should apply for Kage,like they do for Admin !
That would be the best way biggrin
