it could be classifed as a bug becaue each clan and village is protected by there safe zone and for a kamizuru to b able to fly in there is basically bending through the coding lol

Not sure if it would be classified as a safe zone area or what but it turns out that the Kamizuru clan can fly into any area that is a safe zone for specific villages. Like Academies and Spawns.
Currently I witnessed a Kamizuru use bee wings and fly into the Mist Village safe zone area. I am not sure if it is a bug but I figured I would report it just in case.
