Now those were the snow jutsus I doubt all of them will be added but the whale one could be a summon  I believe the tiger could be non homing but maybe when it hits the person it freezes them an for the twin dragon blizzard it can be a homing its the same as the one already in the game but this is two dragons meaning more powerful, and for the other maybe the wolves can be sort of like clones but you can only summon a few at a time an they attack an enemy as well as the swallows

This jutsu can transform the ground upon which the enemy stands into a river of mud to throw them off balance.

Just suggested 4 rock jutsus now rock has like 3 already one of them is bugged I belive its yomi numa its soppose to field but doesn't now dragon bullet could be homing or non homing but i think it should work in combo with river river should difintly be non homing but 2 squares width an it should like push them far then stun for about a second then the only jutsu you would be able to use would be dragon bullet bed rock coffin could be like ice mirrors stun then kill but short range and the prison can just trap them like chakra bind.
