1st off nara have homing and non ( i agree with you though but) people would bitch abou tit either way i put it so leaving it th same is fine with me.
2nd the non homing are getting nuffed if youd read my update post so make it even for all styles
3rd admin do have things to do as in watching player to make sure of no rule breaking with the afk checker gone they have even more to do to make sure people not afking and helping newbies (though with some of the auto systems they will los esome stuff to do i think it is for the better)

Make Kage Shibari homing. you never see Shikamaru going **** I missed! His attacks run towards the target.
Find some sort of equillibrium with homing, non-homing, and taijutsu. It needs to be more versitile to attract more players. Besides when people bitch about what fighting style someone uses just because everyone else uses one style. It eliminated the types of fighting styles. It gives no reason for clans. You maight as well make one character and give em chidori.
Give the admins something to do If you give admins nothing to do they get lazy. Before NSW started losing popularity one of the things that brought people to NSW was the admins. We helped noobs alday and then they told their friends and we got more noobs who bolstered our population. It's cool to have autostuff but allow admins work as well.
