Ryo, I am far from insignificant in the matter. If it comes down to it I will be having someone come in and take your title of S5 Leader. I have a few choices in mind already. I may not be able to make a big impact on things with my character but I know people who would make a good Kage. You do not have any right to place rules upon the village. You are there to maintain order and help people. Not tell them what to do.

Ryo, you are the worst S5 Leader I have seen since Louis. And he was horrible!
You do not place rules like that upon your villagers! First off, you do not tell them who they can and can't fight! If they want to kill villagers who are in another village but part of an alliance, let them! It's a PVP game for **** sakes! And you can't tell them not to attack fellow villagers! The Betray and Leave Wounded button is there for a reason! So you can fight your fellow villagers and leave them wounded instead of betraying them!
There are rules on every player already involving the villages so you are not in the position to add more! That is the admins duties! And you have a rule making people have to help in wars?! Are you ****ing stupid? You don't force people to join a war. Wars are only there for people who want to join in and help. If they don't want to then who gives a ****? And they can bicker all they want, if they are doing it in village chat, mute their village chat. If they are doing it in OOC then leave it to the admins to deal with it, and if they are doing it in say then let them!
Ok so these are gonna be the new Sound 5 rules, however im not gonna have strict ass rules that limits your fun.
1.Don't attack allied villages villagers, i know that sometimes this cannot be helped but please keep it to where you have a valid reason to. example of a reason to : someone just being a complete and total ass and constantly harassing you.(I will be mad if you DON'T kick their ass) 2. Do not attack other village members outside of challenge or tourny arena. 3. Obey and abide by the rules of NSW and their respective admins. (This is one of the rules that i am gonna be a hard-ass about) 4. Keep the bickering to a bare minimum. 5. When there is a war i do expect the villagers to help out *******************CONSEQUENCES*************************
First Offens- warning Second Offense-village ban for 1hour Third Offense- village ban for 24 hrs Fourth Offense- village exiled
I don't expect i'll have to resort to punishing villagers b/c it's just not my thing but i have these because there's always a bad apple out there
