same for the punishments , I always get told that ''this is'nt how you punish him for doing so'' and he * without mentioning names~ =3 * told me to do so like 2 weeks before now..

This is my problem with the higher ups. Is a damn note or at least post  too  damn much for them? FFS stop being lazy and post changes to the rules so people like me won't get pissed off at you when you change them. Especailly is the rule had been longstanding.
If not for me at least for the admins who have to enforce the damned thingsfurious
