I suggest on sparating non clan and making a haku clan into mist. For a few things snow ninja cannot use ice mirrors only hakus type can do that theres a few that catch my attention. Kirigakure no Jutsu  hidden mist jutsu i don't recall any snow ninja using that only zabuza and kakashi used as i seen. Suiryuudan no Jutsu water dragon jutsu zabuza kisame and kakashi used this never seen any snow ninja use it. Mizu Bunshin No Jutsu as well as this. ice prison i did see it should remain as non clan the woman in the movie used this. Suirou no Jutsu water prison zabuza and kisame i seen use it never seen a snow ninja use it. Oboro Bunshin no Jutsu its a possibility this is there it should remian maybe non clan snow and haku. Hijutsu Sensatsu Suishou a thousand needles of death its one of haku's jutsu i seen him use no snow ninja used it. Suiton Teppoudama this move is called gun bullet it was used by gamabunta when he faught shukaku neither non clan snow nor haku. Hyouton Kokuryuu Boufuufetsu this was in the move yet isn't a haku move.Snow Bird No Jutsu never herd of it. And ice mirrors a haku jutsu should be haku most of these jutsu arn't snow they are like mostly mist but if there were to be a haku clan snow would only have like 3 or 4 jutsus correct if they were separte but here i found this.

Haryuu Mouko
[Destruction Dragon Fierce Tiger]
Hyouton Haryuu Mouko is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Ice Element. After forming the needed handseals, an ice tiger will rise from the surrounding ice to strike out against its target. Its cold nature can freeze any nearby water, and its large mass can cause a large amount of damage when it impacts.

Hyourou no Jutsu
[Ice Prison Technique]
Hyourou no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique used by the Snow ninja Kakuyoku Fubuki. After forming the needed handseals, Fubuki will touch the ground, causing columns of ice to rise from the ground at her foe. If caught, the ice will rise up around her target and imprison them. She can also use this technique as a defensive measure, raising the ice to form a shield against incoming attacks.

Itsukaku Hakuegei
[One Horned White Whale]
Hyouton Itsukaku Hakuegei is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Ice Element. After forming the needed handseals, a gigantic horned white whale made of ice will rise from the surrounding snow to come thundering down on an opponent, crushing them and the surrounding area under its large mass.

Kokuryuu Boufuusetsu
[Black Dragon Blizzard]
Hyouton Kokuryuu Boufuusetsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Ice Element. After forming the needed handseals, Dotou will thrust his arm to send out a black ether-like dragon to strike his opponent. As it flies through the air it will begin to turn, when it hits the target it will use its motion to launch the opponent high into the air.

Rouga Nadare no Jutsu
[Wolf Fang Avalanche Technique]
Hyouton Rouga Nadare is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Ice Element. After forming the needed handseals, an avalanche of snow will rain down towards Rouga's opponent. As the snow slides down, it will coalesce into large snow wolves. These wolves can follow Rouga's bidding and attack his opponent. A sufficiently powerful straight thrust can disrupt the wolves and return them to snow.

Souryuu Boufuusetsu
[Twin Dragon Blizzard]
Hyouton Souryuu Boufuusetsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Ice Element. After forming the needed handseals, Dotou will thrust his arms to send out twin black ether-like dragons to strike his opponent. As they flies through the air they will begin to turn, creating a large dark tornado.

Tsubame Fubuki
[Snow Storm Swallows]
Hyouton Tsubame Fubuki is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Ice Element. Fubuki will create ice swallows which she can launch at her opponent. As they fly through the air, these deadly birds can hone in on their target. A sufficiently hot enough counter can melt the ice swallows.

Most of those are there but if this suggestion is considered and a haku clan made to mist snow would be even better and haku would be good also. Maybe even add more water jutsu to haku if they don't seem balanced out thanks for reading this hopfully it gets added.
