well this is a sub idea from the suggestion clan quest for uchiha clan to keep gaming challging you cant get mangekyou in student village you can only get it as chunin during a clan quest uchiha clan member will go on a journey to find obito who has bee chrushed by a boulder the quest would be save obito(but its impossible to save him cuz even if you move to boulder he wil lstill die) the boulder could be a npc will a massive amount of health and yo uhave to destory the boulder then it wil lsay obito has died the pain form seeing a friend dies awakens your mangekyou you cna now use tsukiyomi it will take anothor 10 kills to be abel to use amat(this can also be a hatake clan quest but instead obito gives you his sharigan and then you have to go on anothor quest to optain mangekyou such has kill diedara where you will learn mangekyou and implosion right befor you fight him)
