Missing NiN are people who abandoned there village and since Hyuuga is a Leaf Village Clan I dont think the other Hyuugas will welcome the Missing NiN , same with everyother clan.

how about instead of leting missing nin go to a village let there clan house be there new villagejust let there rank for example be hyuuga clan member and ther village be hyuuga clan hous and give them certin quest kill a uchiha clan member or something like that
