star is not open village and u get from quest. i would say 90% or better who get invited accept it and admin, bein the lazy fux they r, guess that includes me, dont even bother to take star quest cuz we get star tech in admin headquarters
Here is another suggestion though this time for a jutsu rather then an addition to the forums. I have been wondering for quite some time now.. Why doesn't the Star Village have: Kuujaku: Wings or Kuujaku: Beast? ((I don't think they have beast but I could be wrong about that and probably am)) In the series the jutsu you see them use most often other then Beast is Wings which allows them to fly and would make the star village much more popular and that is needed since NOONE joins star anymore, if you notice they only have maybe three village members so not only would this be a great addition to the few jutsus that the star village gets it would also bring the village more players. Also it would be simple to code, just alter the code for Bee Wings and there you have it: Kuujaku Myouhou: Fly.. Oh and Kuujaku: Protection would be good too, a nice little shield that reflects melee and blocks ninjutsu but drains your chakra by the second :)
