i have a beter idea how about like the speical summons you would have a spicial seller to give kages a scrool to learn to summon a bijuu but it wont be the bijuu it would be a summon have stats equal to half of the kages stats

for some reason i agree with jetblack but theres 1 thing i'd like to add akatsuki leader being able to summon the statue from the show where the bijuus are sealed

you guys still dont understand they wont have the full bijuu power they will just summon a dog or what ever and it will look lke the bijuu

One word would best describe this ability.. Having a bijou able to be sent after players would make the Kage: Overpowered..

i dont mean summon a bijuu and mean like have there pet look like the bijjuu there village would summon it would not have any special skills but just look like the bijjuu

It's been stated before, Kage's cannot summon Bijuu's.
Even if Kage's could summon a bijuu, not many are online the game, this causes both anger and confusion.

So, sorry. But it's a horrible idea.

as it said in manga the hokage had many of the bijuus under his controle and began to share them with other villages so kages should be abel to summon the demon that there village sealed and keep it as a pet by there side to attack plp like the kiba clan dogs
