KYUUBI kyuubi should be abel to rise up to 4th tail in game and gain the ultimate attack(cant rember name) that he gets but to make it fair make that attack long to fire and when you i n4th tail form you may get a big stat boost to your skills but it makes your hp go down to ballence it out
SHUKAKU you should be abel to go full shukaku after obtaining 100 player kills(so like gaara when he has to kill to feel alive then he goes full demon)and i think this new form shoul be like a clone becuz the longer you stay in this form the more you start to kill everything in sight plus you should get a new jutsu air bullet
KISAME i think you should be abel to get his sword after a mist nin seals him and his sword when it attack somebody it takes there chakra and gives it to the user
SANBI should be for akat only becuz in manga you only saw a akat take it away
