response is to fluffy, nothin really to oppose. Obviously, i gave ppl SA with hopes they would learn debug and stuff. If ur doin that then ur good. I simply stated that most dont know how to debug and some arent tryin to learn. I ve seen 4 SA's on and non able to debug a quest issue that was simply the user was not appropriate level. Sa's frequently bug ppls quests with innapropriate village changes. and ive seen ppl walkin round with clans that dont match their village. ranks that say one village other than the one their in and other screw-ups only attibutable to an SA's handiwork. so all im sayin is i feel i need another lvl of admin inbetween GA and SA. for ppl who simply cant debug and stuff or just dont take time or want to learn. it aint a matter of agreement, it's a matter of what category ur in. Dis agreein would mean i should keep SA's even though they do more damage than good???!!? NOT!!! I got enough to do. If nothing else Ill shake the tree and maybe somethin will fall out of it

SA is not just a higher lvl of resposibility. It's supposed to have some tech knowledge of game. Currently, there is only 2 SA's that are actually, truly qualified to be SA's from a tech standpoint. 1 is me and the other is_________. How u keep an ******* in suspense? lol! so really game has enough underqualified SA's that don't understand the innerworkings of game and cant debug. I've given SA out quite liberally. Game went over 1 whole year b4 anyone got SA mind u. I'm actually considering adding a higher lvl admin but under SA and putting those who lack the tech knowledge down to that level and remove the edit and debug verbs that most SA's are clueless about anyway. Honestly, I've seen more ppl messed up by SA's than fixed and that simply isnt good. I wouldnt mind asmuch if I saw an honest desire from them to learn such things but I don't see that at all. None asks me how to do this? how to fix? how to debug? which means to me that noone cares and the attitude is, I got my SA status so y bother to learn to properly do my duties? Everyone knows me. I call it like i see it. so dont be surprised if ur SA title suddenly becomes somethin else for failure to grow into ur job and learn the stuff SA's need to know.
rase system ya gotta be kiddin me. i say he stays admin. Reason. Prove me wrong. I hate when system is handed out like candy. System is way to important to hand out like that.

Look i know rasengon fresh blood to nsw staff i think he would make a great system admin. He is always there, he has a good heart. Also I think he would be a one of the best. He is a special 10 year old. I think he is one in a million. And im sure he would be a great help to nsw higher staff.
